Traffic Management App Enhancement Update – Stakeholder Email Alerts
The Stakeholder email alerts are now live.
Stakeholder Email Alerts
To send a Stakeholder Email Alert, create a Traffic Management Plan and at Step 3, click ‘Create Email Alert’ – screen shot below.
Select ‘Blank Email’ from the drop down options and the document editor will open. You can name the email alert, add email addresses, add a subject, include the content of the email and select a date for the email to be sent using the date picker.
Tip: To test the email, type in your email address, select ‘Send Immediately’, click ‘Add’ and click ‘Save’ and an email will be sent straight to you.
